Transfer public wealth to Wall Street with the bidding of politicians to create a trickle down economy with all the ills and skills.

Then go on to do the business of creating capital, the paper capital with valuation trickery that is.

Start the capital game including the venture capital; Find assets with yields, and buy them with paper capital.

Speculate, and inflate the newly acquired assets with yield; And with new valuation create more paper capital.

Find new assets with yield, or simply create new companies and purchase the speculated and inflated assets with yield at a new speculated and inflated price (valuation) with newly created paper capital.

This is a work sample of new financial CEO in the age of master greed that goes way beyond that the words can tell.

Of course, this does not tell the manipulative and greed story of paper capital creators who hire the CEO to do their bidding that is.
